Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track relevant tenders, RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFQs (Request for Quotations), and bidding opportunities through portals, newspapers, and other sources.
- Study tender documents carefully and prepare detailed checklists of requirements, eligibility criteria, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal, operations) to gather required information, certificates, and documents.
- Prepare and compile tender documentation, including technical, commercial, and administrative sections.
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements and organizational standards.
- Maintain records of all tenders, submissions, clarifications, and outcomes.
- Liaise with vendors, consultants, and clients for clarifications and updates.
- Assist in pricing strategy and financial proposal preparation.
- Monitor contract award status and follow up on post-tender activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and bidding strategies.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender portals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of commercial and legal terms in tendering is an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in tendering, bids, or contracts management (fresh graduates with relevant internship may also be considered).
- Experience in [industry-specific tenders, e.g., construction, IT, healthcare, manufacturing] preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
