Identify and prioritize potential clients and markets for our travel offerings.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs
and preferences.
Prospect and engage with new clients, demonstrating the value of our travel services.
Provide personalized travel solutions that align with clients' interests and requirements.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
Acquire in-depth knowledge of our travel products, packages, and services.
Present and promote our offerings to clients, showcasing unique selling points.
Participate in sales presentations, trade shows, and industry events to expand our client
base.
Negotiation and Sales Closing:
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure sales and partnerships.
Address client objections and concerns effectively to close deals.
Ensure clients are well-informed about booking procedures, itineraries, and payment
processes.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
Generate regular sales reports for management review and strategic decision-making.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
