We are hiring dedicated and detail-oriented candidates for a Non-Voice Process. This is a back-end data entry role where you will be required to input data into online forms with high accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately fill online forms based on the provided data sources
- Maintain speed and accuracy in daily submissions
- Follow project-specific guidelines and formatting
- Meet daily/weekly targets and reporting schedules
- Ensure 100% confidentiality of client data
Basic Software Knowledge Required:
- MS Excel – basic knowledge for handling spreadsheets
- MS Word – basic formatting and data entry
- Google Sheets and Google Forms
- Email – to send/receive daily task reports
- PDF Editors – basic use to copy/reference data
- Typing Tools – basic English typing (32–40 WPM preferred)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma / Graduate in any stream
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
