- Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections.
- Explain account details, outstanding balances, and resolve payment-related queries.
- Maintain regular communication with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams to update payment status.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and payment commitments in system/CRM.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department for quick resolution.
- Build and maintain healthy customer relationships while ensuring collections.
