Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Noida, Sector 125
Salary: ₹7.5 – ₹8 LPA
Working Days: 6 days/week (Morning & Night shifts – rotational)
About the Client:
Our client is a renowned Dubai-based real estate developer that has recently established a state-of-the-art telesales office in Noida to cater to their growing international clientele. They are known for delivering premium residential and commercial projects across the UAE.
Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Telesales Executives with a proven background in outbound calling and sales. The role involves engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting property investment opportunities in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote premium real estate projects.
- Perform cold calling to generate leads and qualify prospects.
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in outbound telesales and cold calling (real estate experience preferred, but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (morning/night).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
