We are looking for energetic and motivated TeleSales Executives to join our Lead Management System team. This role involves promoting Credit Card and Insurance products via outbound calls, handling customer queries, and driving conversions. Candidates with quality monitoring experience may also be considered for a Quality Analyst role.
Key Responsibilities
TeleSales (Credit Card & Insurance)
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Pitch Credit Card and Insurance products confidently.
Explain features, benefits, and eligibility clearly.
Handle objections and resolve queries to close sales.
Maintain records in CRM and follow up for conversions.
Quality Analyst (for eligible candidates)
Monitor calls and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Share feedback with sales teams and managers.
Track performance and prepare quality reports.
Suggest training needs and improvements.
Requirements
Graduate in any stream OR HSC with minimum 1 year on-paper experience.
1–3 years’ experience in TeleSales / Banking / Insurance / Financial Services.
For Quality Analyst: 2–5 years’ experience in call monitoring.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
