About the Role
We are looking for an energetic Telecaller Sales Executive who can connect with potential clients, pitch our Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, etc.), and convert leads into sales. Candidates with prior experience in selling digital services will have a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our digital marketing service packages.
- Follow up with leads generated via ads, website inquiries, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable SEO, Social Media, or Web Development solutions.
- Handle objections, answer queries, and persuade clients to purchase our services.
- Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system and update call logs.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings, and sales closures.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate / 12th Pass (with good communication skills).
- Experience: 0–3 years in Telecalling or Inside Sales (experience in digital marketing sales preferred).
- Good verbal communication in English/Hindi/Local Language.
- Strong persuasion, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing terms (SEO, social media, web development).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, Email handling).
