Telecalling Executive – Construction Industry

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Telecalling Executive for our construction business who will be responsible for handling client calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team. The role requires good communication skills, persuasion ability, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients in the construction field.
- Explain company services, projects, and offerings to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain proper client database.
- Handle customer queries courteously and provide required information.
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM records.
- Support sales and marketing team in achieving business targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass with good communication skills.
- Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling / customer care / sales (Construction industry experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English (regional language added advantage).
- Ability to persuade and convert leads into clients.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
