Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential travelers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options.
Sell holiday packages, flight tickets, hotel reservations, visas, travel insurance, etc.
Create tailor-made itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Coordinate bookings, confirmations, payments, and travel documents.
Provide after-sales support including itinerary changes or issue resolutions.
Maintain knowledge of global travel trends, airline routes, and tourism regulations.
Upsell premium services or exclusive offers to maximize revenue.
