Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to B2B agents for coordination and follow-up
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide support
- Maintain call records and update CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Requirements:
- Good communication in English, Malayalam, and Hindi
- Basic computer skills
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus
