Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Week Offs: 1st and 2nd Saturday off, all Sundays off

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in Telugu and Hindi
- Clearly explain company products/services and address customer queries
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
- Follow up with interested customers and update calling status
- Handle customer objections and pass leads to the sales team if required
- Prepare and maintain daily activity reports
- Ensure excellent customer experience in every interaction
Required Skills:
- Must be fluent in Telugu and Hindi (both languages are mandatory)
- Good verbal communication and active listening skills
- Basic knowledge of customer service or sales is a plus
- Confident and polite speaking manner
- Willingness to learn and work in a team

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
