Role Overview
The role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our product range, and identifying business opportunities. Since we operate in exports, the candidate should also have a basic understanding of export processes and documentation to effectively engage with international buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Introduce and promote our spice products to generate interest and sales leads.
- Understand client requirements and share them with management for follow-up.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
- Assist in explaining basic export terms (shipping, documentation, payments, etc.) to clients.
- Coordinate with the sales/export team for closures.
Requirements
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (1–3 years preferred).
- Exposure to export/import business or willingness to learn quickly.
- Should have knowledge on export and shipping terminilogies and work pattern.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Confidence in handling client queries on calls.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel).
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and result-oriented.
Good to Have
- Experience in FMCG, food, or spice industry.
- Ability to independently generate leads and build client relationships.
Compensation
- Salary in the range of ₹0.60 – ₹1.20 LPA, based on experience.
- Increment based on performance/tenure with the company.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹5,493.71 - ₹10,793.09 per month
Expected hours: 15 per week
