Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM, Night Shift)
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to drive our U.S. sales operations from India. The role involves lead generation, cold/warm calling, scheduling meetings for U.S. sales reps, and managing CRM activities. The candidate will also guide a junior sales associate and coordinate closely with the U.S. team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 35–40 cold/warm calls daily to U.S. prospects
- Manage and update leads through HubSpot CRM
- Run outbound campaigns via emails and calls
- Schedule qualified meetings for U.S. sales reps
- Handle basic product queries and direct prospects to resources
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track KPIs
- Use Apollo.io for lead generation (post initial UPS lead phase)
- Train and mentor a junior sales associate
- Report daily activities and align with U.S. team on sales goals
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ telesales/inside sales experience
- Hands-on with HubSpot or other CRMs
- Excellent English communication and confident phone skills
- Strong objection-handling and relationship-building ability
- Comfortable with U.S. night shifts
- Experience in training or guiding junior staff
- Organized, self-driven, and target-focused

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
