Role Definition:
The Telecaller is responsible for building strong client relationships by scheduling appointments, promoting salon services and offers, following up on leads, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves effective communication, persuasion, and coordination to boost footfall and sales for the salon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction & Appointment Scheduling:
- Make calls to prospective and existing clients to inform them about salon services, offers, and promotions.
- Schedule appointments and confirm bookings, ensuring time slots are optimized.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
- Reach out to leads generated from marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Follow up with clients for feedback after their salon visits or service inquiries.
- Promotions & Upselling:
- Promote current offers, new services, or seasonal packages to clients.
- Upsell services and products by understanding client needs.
- Client Retention & Relationship Management:
- Ensure regular follow-ups with clients to build loyalty and trust.
- Address and resolve client queries or concerns promptly.
- Coordination with Salon Teams:
- Update salon managers about scheduled appointments, cancellations, or reschedules.
- Share client feedback with the salon team for continuous improvement.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate call records, appointment schedules, and client databases.
- Submit daily or weekly reports on call performance, client responses, and booked appointments.
- CRM Management:
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Zenoti, Double Tick) to update client details and send reminders for bookings or follow-ups.
Tasks & Activities:
- Daily Call Management:
- Make 50–100 calls daily to prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure a balance of appointment scheduling, feedback calls, and promotional calls.
- Promotion Execution:
- Share details of ongoing promotions via calls, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Persuade clients to avail offers before expiry.
- Feedback Collection:
- Call clients post-appointment to gather feedback on services.
- Share feedback with salon managers to enhance service quality.
- Coordination:
- Inform salon managers about no-shows or reschedules.
- Maintain smooth communication between clients and salon staff.
- Reporting:
- Prepare daily logs of calls made, appointments scheduled, and client interactions.
- Highlight client complaints or concerns to the management team.

- Number of calls made daily/weekly.
- Conversion rate (appointments scheduled vs. calls made).
- Revenue generated through upselling and promotions.
- Client feedback scores and retention rate.
- Accuracy and completeness of client records in the database.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
