- Make calls to potential clients and answer queries about visa applications.
- Explain basic process, services, and required documents.
- Fix appointments with counsellors and follow up with clients.
- Keep records of calls and update client details in the system.
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead targets.
- Convince and motivate clients to visit the office for counselling.
- Fix appointments and follow up until client visits the office.
