We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and support the sales/marketing team. The role involves effective communication, customer engagement, and follow-up to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and leads in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and closures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries politely and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate with good communication skills (English/Hindi or regional language).
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
