We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor & Videographer to join our team and bring our vision to life.
Job Overview:
The Video Editor & Videographer will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality video content during photoshoots, ensuring our clients receive visually stunning and emotionally engaging keepsakes. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, creative storytelling skills, and proficiency in video production and editing software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Videography:
- Capture high-quality video footage during photoshoots, including baby moments, family interactions, and maternity sessions.
- Utilize creative techniques to film in diverse indoor and outdoor settings.
- Handle and maintain video equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Direct clients when necessary to achieve the best shots.
- Video Editing:
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with the studio’s artistic standards.
- Add music, sound effects, transitions, and color grading to enhance video quality.
- Create 2–3 minute highlight reels for clients, focusing on emotional storytelling.
- Ensure all video deliverables meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Creative Input:
- Collaborate with photographers and the creative team to conceptualize and execute unique video themes.
- Suggest innovative ideas for capturing and editing videos to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in videography and editing techniques.
- Equipment Management:
- Maintain, organize, and ensure the safety of all videography and editing equipment.
- Suggest upgrades or additional equipment to improve video production quality.
- Client Interaction:
- Work closely with clients to understand their preferences and ensure the final video meets their expectations.
- Address feedback professionally and make necessary revisions.
- Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with photographers, retouching artists, and other team members to ensure cohesive storytelling across media.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss upcoming projects and share creative input.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in videography and video editing (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of videography equipment, including DSLRs, gimbals, and lighting setups.
- Exceptional creativity and storytelling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,004.81 per month
