We are seeking a customer-focused Inbound Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will handle inbound customer calls, provide excellent customer service, and resolve customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
2. Provide accurate information about products/services to customers.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a friendly and courteous manner.
4. Process customer orders, queries, and concerns as per company policies.
5. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
6. Meet quality and productivity standards.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong customer service skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Basic knowledge of products/services (training will be provided).
5. Minimum 3 Months of Tele calling Experience
6, Able to Speak any one of Language Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and English .
