About the Role
As our Business Consultant for Rewards, you'll be at the intersection of HR processes andcutting-edge technology, optimizing critical initiatives related to Payroll, Compensation, andBenefits. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure our HRtechnology solutions deliver exceptional experiences while meeting business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation projects for HR technology solutions with a focus on Rewards systems.
Optimize HR processes related to Payroll, SuccessFactors Compensation, and Benefits
Track and analyze successFactors and ADP releases and roadmaps to leverage newfeatures and capabilities
Gather and prioritize business requirements for digital solutions in the recruiting space
Develop test scenarios and conduct thorough testing of HR systems
Support incident management processes in collaboration with IT counterparts
Manage Business as Usual (BAU) operations including troubleshooting system issues,resolving user queries, and ensuring timely responses to critical incidents to maintainsystem stability
Manage change for payroll systems in partnership with HR, Product Vendors, and Finance
Work within agile frameworks using JIRA for sprint planning, backlog management, andcontinuous delivery of value
Deputize team members in their areas of responsibility while expanding your own expertise
Drive innovation initiatives to enhance HR technology capabilities
About the Team
We are part of Corporate Functions IT team responsible for all global HR systems includingSAP/SuccessFactors, ADP Applications, WorkForce Software and others. We have a fullyintegrated cloud environment with SAP/SuccessFactors covering a wide range of the capabilitiessuch as Employee Central, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation Planning, Succession Planning,Talent Management, Learning and Payroll integrations to ADP.
We embrace agile methodologies to ensure end-to-end responsibility, quicker time to market, andcustomer-centric solutions. Our team advises HR on how technology and innovation can bestsupport their strategic priorities, ensuring smooth operations while driving projects that furtherdevelop and digitize solutions for line managers, employees, and HR professionals.
About You
You're a problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and can translate complex HRprocesses into effective technical solutions. You communicate clearly with stakeholders at alllevels and are passionate about using technology to enhance the employee experience.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
Minimum 5 years of working experience with SAP/SuccessFactors and SAP HCM Payroll orADP Payroll, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Payroll and Benefits in a functionalor business consulting role.
Sound experience in areas related to compensation, payroll, EC Benefits, and HRintegration.
Deep client-facing and advisory experience within project and change management
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate acrossdifferent business functions and hierarchical levels
These are additional nice to haves:
Graduate degree (BA or higher)
Proficiency in English
Strong analytical skills
Experience with agile methodologies and working with JIRA
Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules beyond Compensation and Benefits
Experience with digital transformation initiatives in HR
Certification in SAP/SuccessFactors or ADP platforms
Experience in managing operational support tickets and prioritizing BAU activities
