Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our team. As a Trainee , you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to support our company’s rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Assist with onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and key hiring metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or HR professional (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level).
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
