Job Description
Job Summary: A reporting job in Smart Recruiter typically involves analyzing recruitment data and generating reports to help optimize the hiring process
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze data from applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other sources to generate reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards to provide insights into recruitment performance and trends
Trend Analysis: Identify and forecast trends in talent acquisition to help improve recruitment strategies
Collaboration: Work closely with talent acquisition teams and HR partners to support data-driven decision-making
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field is often preferred
Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI), strong analytical skills, and experience with ATS and HRIS systems
Experience: Previous experience in talent acquisition or a related field is beneficial
