Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) with Computer Applications or similar.
- 1+ year of experience as a System Officer, IT Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) — especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
- Familiarity with accounting or inventory software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and system maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of computer networks, hardware, and software in the office and warehouse.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales, stock, and distribution reports using MS Excel and other tools.
- Assist in data entry, data validation, and maintaining accurate records in the system.
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues faced by staff (e.g., printer problems, software errors, email issues).
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, software updates, and IT support when necessary.
- Provide training and support to staff on using company software and MS Office applications.
- Ensure data backup procedures are followed and maintain the security of digital information.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
