Job Description
IT Support & Administration:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows servers.
- Provide remote administration support for Microsoft Windows-related issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance for printers and intercom systems.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
Network Administration:
- Install, configure, and monitor firewalls.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot network printers.
- Manage LL connectivity, local LAN, and remote networks.
- Monitor and secure internet access and activity logs.
- Perform network troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Manage and monitor the CCTV network.
Backup & Security Management:
- Schedule and supervise data backups.
- Maintain secure backup copies of closed projects and store monthly backup tapes in a safe location.
- Administer Antivirus servers.
- Monitor antivirus systems, schedule scans, and ensure timely patch updates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
