Job Title: System Administrator (Dialer Manager in outbound call center)

Note: This role requires to work in Night Shift in a 5-day working week setup.
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the organization's servers, networks, and applications. You will also provide support for IT-related issues and help implement best practices in system management.
Key Responsibilities:
Dialer Management: Maintain and Manage Dialer for an outbound call center setup. (Mandatory Requirement)
System Management: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and network infrastructure.
Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data encryption.
User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving connectivity problems.
Backup and Recovery: Manage data backups and disaster recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and network diagrams.
Qualifications:
Graduate and Undergraduate with minimum 1 year experience can apply
Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role in an outbound call center using Dialer.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), networking concepts, and server hardware.
Hands on experience of Microsoft Office Suite, specially Microsoft Excel.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications and Diploma Holders would be given Preference.
