Key Accountabilities
1.
Budgeting, Planning and supervising scheduled maintenance and dry docking of the vessels.2.
Critical role in Emergency Response Organization responding to any vessel casualty to ensure preservation of life and to maximum extent vessel under crisis conditions3.
Act as primary point of contact for Vessel, OEM, Shipyard, Port Agency, Commercial and Finance Team.4.
Advising corrective action for non-conformities, accidents & hazardous occurrences reported by the vessels under your charge and follow up on non-conformities, in consultation with Head of Section.

To ensure time bound compliance of all Class and statutory requirements to prevention of Detention/Arrest of vessels.6.
Manage and mentor junior staff and technical personnel.7.
Timely planning and procurement of all services and spares (Critical or Consumables) considering lead time and budget.8.
Planning vessels maintenance during planned maintenance stoppages.9.
To process the vendor invoices in timely manner. Booking of spares consumption in SMMS / SAP.10.
Monitoring fuel consumption on daily basis and analyzing corrective measure to mitigate any deviation.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
