Position: Nursing Superintendent
Location: Dadri, Greater Noida
Experience: 7–10 years (with 2–3 years in a supervisory role)
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Nursing with valid registration
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all nursing staff and patient care activities
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staffing needs
- Conduct training, audits, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with clinical and admin teams for smooth operations
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and communication
- Knowledge of NABH and patient care standards
- Team management and problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
