We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Placement Officer to help connect our trained candidates with suitable job opportunities in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong industry relationships, identifying hiring opportunities, and preparing candidates for placement success.
Job Title: Placement Officer
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Location: Pune Office/ Hybrid work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach companies with openings relevant to our IT-trained candidates.
- Build, maintain, and grow partnerships with hiring companies and HR professionals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and employers.
- Guide candidates in resume building, mock interviews, and job readiness.
- Keep track of placement data and regularly update records.
- Organize placement drives, recruitment events, and employer interactions.
- Stay updated with current IT hiring trends and requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in HR, Business, or related field).
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Prior experience in placements, recruitment, or HR is a plus.
