We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Student Admissions Counselor at our Trivandrum Branch. (Conducting an WALK-IN on Aug 08th, 2025) This role combines sales, counseling, and administrative support to help students make informed decisions about their education and ensure a smooth admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage student admissions, including handling registration fees and achieving enrollment targets
- Convert leads into enrollments and meet quarterly sales quotas
- Conduct counseling sessions and interactions with students
- Guide students through course selection, application processes, and documentation requirements
- Use CRM tools to manage leads and follow-up activities efficiently
Requirements:
- Strong ability to empathize and build trust with students
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
- Proven track record in lead conversion and achieving sales goals
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Working LAPTOP n STABLE NETWORK is mandatory
