We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Admission Counselor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands the importance of education, and has a knack for guiding others in making the right career choices. As an Admission Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to interact with potential learners, understand their goals, and help them discover the most suitable courses we offer.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make regular calls to leads generated via marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Understand students' educational/career background and goals to recommend the right course(s).
- Maintain regular follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, or email to ensure lead nurturing and conversion.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly admission targets.
- Accurately log every interaction in the CRM system and update lead status.
- Build trust with potential learners by offering honest guidance and course benefits.
- Work closely with the marketing, support, and academic teams to align on student needs and feedback.
- Collect student feedback and insights to help refine sales scripts and offerings.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi).
- Confidence in phone-based conversations and ability to pitch.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, counseling, or EdTech is a bonus.
