Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth operations in the kitchen and service areas. As a Steward, you will play a key role in supporting our chefs and service staff, maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining, and service areas.
- Wash, clean, and store all utensils, dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment properly.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff in basic food preparation and service needs.
- Ensure garbage disposal is done hygienically and safely.
- Refill and stock supplies as required.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times.
- Support the team during busy operations with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management (BHM) preferred.
- Previous experience as a Steward in hospitality is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
