### **Job Summary:**
The Steward is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the dining and service areas. The role involves assisting in food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting the F\&B team to create a memorable dining experience.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Guest Service:**
* Greet and assist guests courteously.
* Serve food and beverages as per hotel standards.
* Ensure proper table setup, clearing, and resetting for the next guest.
2. **Operational Support:**
* Assist in replenishing crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
* Handle service equipment with care.
* Maintain cleanliness in dining areas and service stations.
3. **Coordination:**
* Work closely with kitchen staff for smooth service.
* Communicate guest requests promptly to supervisors.
4. **Hygiene & Safety:**
* Follow hygiene and sanitation standards as per hotel policies.
* Adhere to safety guidelines while handling equipment and food.

### **Skills & Competencies:**
* Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
* Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

### **Qualifications & Experience:**
* **Education:** 10th/12th pass or diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
* **Experience:** Fresher or 6 months–1 year in a similar role (hotel or restaurant).
