- Maintaining Cleanliness: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, using dishwashers or hand washing as needed. Clean kitchen equipment like grills, ovens, and stovetops, and maintain cleanliness of floors and surfaces.
- Table Management: Assist in setting up and clearing tables for service. Stock tables with essentials like trays, condiments, and cutlery.
- Inventory and Supply Management: Ensure proper handling and storage of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Monitor and record temperatures of food storage areas.
- Customer Service: Assist guests with inquiries and direct urgent issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Waste Management: Remove trash and recyclables from kitchen and dining areas.
- Hygiene and Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Assisting Staff: Support waiters and kitchen staff by collecting food from the serving station, unloading stock, and more.
