Job Responsibilities – Steward
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining area, and service equipment.
Ensure proper storage and arrangement of cleaned items.
Assist chefs and cooks by providing clean utensils and cooking tools promptly.
Help with basic food preparation tasks like peeling, chopping, or portioning (if required).
Dispose of garbage in a safe and hygienic manner.
Follow waste segregation procedures.
Keep track of cleaning supplies and dishwashing detergents.
Inform supervisors when stock needs replenishment.
Report any damaged or malfunctioning kitchen equipment.
Comply with hotel/restaurant health and safety policies.
Work closely with chefs, kitchen staff, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Respond quickly to staff requests during service hours.
Must have experience in same field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
