Summary: Leader to scale and run the Oracle Utilities practice, driving revenue growth, solution innovation, and high-quality delivery. Establishes a robust solution factory model, builds reusable assets, and collaborates with sales to develop go-to-market strategies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Defines and executes strategies to grow the Oracle Utilities practice, including revenue targets, market positioning, and team development. - Creates and maintains reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices to streamline delivery and increase efficiency. - Partners with sales teams to shape proposals and solution offerings, ensuring competitive positioning and client satisfaction. - Manages large scale, distributed delivery, end-to-end implementation of Oracle Utilities solutions (e.g., CC&B, MDM, C2M, WACs), meeting budget, quality, and timeline objectives. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Attracts, mentors, and retains top talent, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of system integration and data migration strategies. - Experience with cloud-based solutions and architecture frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. - Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in solution architecture. -Proven ability to build, manage, and grow large practices, including establishing revenue and operational targets. -Deep knowledge of Oracle Utilities platforms and integrations, including best practices for scalable implementations. -Exceptional stakeholder management skills, effective cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to champion continuous improvement. Additional Information: - 15+ years in utilities consulting or a related domain, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale transformations. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
