About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our
brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of experience in handling
social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing campaigns that drive brand
awareness, engagement, and leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain company social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter,
YouTube, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories across platforms.
Work with the content and design team to develop creatives, videos, and copy.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the online community.
Assist in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn
Ads).
Track, analyze, and report social media performance using tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn
Analytics, and Google Analytics.
Suggest strategies to increase engagement, followers, and conversions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related fields.
0–2 years of experience in social media management (internships/projects count).
Basic knowledge of paid advertising on Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Proficiency with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling tools.
Strong creative writing and content creation skills.
Good understanding of social media trends and digital storytelling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
