What You’ll Be Doing
- Final year degree students or recent graduates
- Review invoices, identify the correct supporting documents, and complete accurate data entry.
- Notify requesters in case invoices go on hold and coordinate with processing teams and internal departments for resolution.
- Maintain proper organization of tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet accuracy, productivity, and timeliness targets.
- Use Microsoft Excel for invoice-related tasks (basic to intermediate level functions).
- Adapt to new processes, procedural enhancements, and system improvements.
- Uphold team culture and organizational values while managing high-volume workloads.
- Provide suggestions and recommendations for process improvements
- Final-year degree students or recent graduates.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- The internship program spans a minimum of six months and may be extended further, depending on individual performance and business needs.
- Upon completion of the internship program, candidates will acquire in-depth knowledge of SIRVA’s diverse service lines, develop strong data interpretation skills, and gain subject matter expertise in supply chain operations
