- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Design and post engaging content (images, videos, reels, carousels, stories) aligned with brand tone and real estate trends.
- Manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) focused on lead generation.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social channels in a timely manner.
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports (reach, engagement, CTR, CPL, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Sales and Design teams for content alignment and lead nurturing.
- Stay updated on social media trends, real estate marketing strategies, and competitor activities.
Qualification:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and basic video editing tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
