Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and customer-focused Female Sales Executive to join our on-site sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in clients, explaining project details, building relationships, and ensuring smooth post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Customer Interaction
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers at the project site.
- Understand customer needs and guide them with suitable property options.
- Build strong rapport and maintain professional communication.
✅ Project Presentation
- Explain the project features, USPs, floor plans, pricing, and legal documentation.
- Conduct site tours and help prospects visualize their future home/investment.
✅ Sales Conversion
- Handle negotiations, payment plan discussions, and closure of deals.
- Coordinate with the sales manager and CRM team to achieve monthly targets.
✅ Post-Sales Support
- Assist in documentation and follow-ups post-booking.
- Act as a point of contact for the customer until handover.
- Liaise with back-office for updates, queries, and customer communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Gender: Female candidates only (as per team balance requirements).
- Experience: 2–5 years in real estate sales or customer service.
- Qualification: Any graduate; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Ability to build trust with clients and deliver results under deadlines.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
