Key Responsibilities
- * Send SMS messages to a designated list of contacts in a timely manner.
- * Ensure that the messages are error-free, clear, and align with company standards.
- * Track and report delivery status of messages.
- * Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies while handling customer data.
- * Respond to basic customer inquiries received via SMS, directing complex queries to the appropriate department.
- * Provide daily reports on SMS activity, including message counts and engagement statistics.
Required Skills
1. 2+ years of SMS sending Experience (Digital Marketing Background)
2. Hands-on Familiarity with platform like Twilio, Postscript, Attentive, SendGrid, Mailchimp, or Similar.
3. Strong Analytical mindset - comfortable with A/B testing, segmentation, metrics tracking(open rates. CTR, Conversion)
4. Solid grasp of legal compliance: TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CTIA guidelines.
5. Excellent messaging copywriting and campaign optimization skills.
