Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, and providing product recommendations to ensure a smooth and satisfying buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
- Explain product features, specifications, and pricing clearly.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales follow-up.
- Maintain daily sales records and submit reports to management.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (preferably in [industry, e.g., furniture]).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (billing, email, MS Office).
- Presentable and customer-oriented attitude.
- Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays.
