Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage and maintain our IT asset inventory. The role involves tracking in/out movement, ensuring accurate records, assisting in equipment relocation/shifting, and supporting asset-related administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with computer-based record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day inventory of mobile devices and other IT assets.
- Maintain accurate inward and outward records of assets.
- Coordinate with teams for issue, return, and replacement of devices.
- Perform physical verification of inventory periodically.
- Update and maintain asset databases, spreadsheets, and logs.
- Assist in shifting/relocation of devices and related IT equipment.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of devices.
- Generate regular inventory status and movement reports.
- Collaborate with procurement/IT teams for asset allocation and replenishment.
- Adhere to company asset management policies and security guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in inventory or asset management
- Proficiency in computer operations.
- Good coordination skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
