Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and courteous manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Explain product features, specifications, and pricing to customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively handle customer queries
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Handle billing, documentation, and ensure smooth transaction process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and customer requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and display standards of the showroom

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools preferred)
