Job Description:
We are in search of an enthusiastic and driven Showroom Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles. Based in Sikandarpur, Gurugram, you’ll be the face of the brand—welcoming customers, suggesting products, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally and warmly.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products that fit their preferences and budget.
- Meet or exceed monthly individual and showroom team sales targets.
- Showcase product benefits, pricing, offers, and after-sales support.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom display.
- Build rapport with customers to drive repeat visits and referrals.
- Conduct follow-ups for inquiries, feedback, and leads.
- Coordinate with billing, inventory, and delivery teams.
- Keep up-to-date with stock levels, new launches, and promotions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 2–3 years in showroom/retail sales, preferably in home décor, lifestyle, interiors, or related sectors.
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; a graduate is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (local language + basic English).
- Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, and customer-centric.
- Basic computer knowledge including billing software and MS Office.
- Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
