Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs.
- Schedule service appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
- Conduct initial vehicle inspections and communicate issues with the service team.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and explain the scope of work to customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure smooth communication.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle service.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and customer interactions.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
