- Keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicle's service.
- Technical Expertise:
- Having a solid understanding of automotive systems and terminology.
- Identifying potential maintenance needs and recommending appropriate services.
- Recommending additional services and products to customers.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintaining accurate records of service activities.
- Processing payments and handling necessary paperwork.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
