✓ Adhering to all customer touch points.
✓ Preparing accurate and standardized hot and cold beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
✓ Setting up tables according to the established standards.
✓ Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the lobby area and back dishwashing area.
✓ Taking Customer to Restaurant Tour and Sourdough brand Explanation.
Driving P&L Discipline
✓ Implement suggestive selling techniques to enhance the average check value.
✓ Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
✓ Adhere strictly to the established cleaning and hygiene protocols.
