We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Computer Operator to manage routine computer operations, data entry, and system monitoring. The role involves handling day-to-day IT tasks, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting office operations with computer-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Perform accurate data entry, record keeping, and database management.
- Maintain files, documents, and reports in digital format.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate to IT team when necessary.
- Ensure proper backup, storage, and security of data.
- Assist in preparing spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine checks.
- Support administrative and clerical staff with computer-related tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/Graduate in any discipline (Diploma/Certification in Computer Applications preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
- Typing speed and accuracy.
