We are looking for an experienced and reliable Administrator with strong organizational skills and excellent English communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of administrative experience and be capable of handling a wide range of office support tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and file management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating staff attendance.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Communicate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
- Support the planning and coordination of internal meetings and events.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional attitude and discretion when handling confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Familiarity with office management software or tools such as Google Workspace or ERP systems.
