Administrator

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Administrator with strong organizational skills and excellent English communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of administrative experience and be capable of handling a wide range of office support tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and file management.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating staff attendance.
• Order and manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
• Communicate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
• Support the planning and coordination of internal meetings and events.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Professional attitude and discretion when handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Familiarity with office management software or tools such as Google Workspace or ERP systems.

Pay: ₹15,428.16 - ₹32,693.26 per month
