Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven SEO Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices, along with the ability to analyze performance data and develop strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for targeted keywords (on-page SEO).
- Manage off-page SEO activities including link building, outreach, and guest posting.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues related to crawlability, indexation, site speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Work closely with the content and marketing team to create SEO-friendly content strategies.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Prepare and present SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
- Understanding of content marketing and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of PPC and social media marketing (added advantage).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
